The Korean President receives the copies of credentials of Bahrain's Ambassador to Korea
Ambassador Dr. Anwar Al-Abdullah extended the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier to the President of the Republic of Korea Ms. Park Geun-hye.
Ambassador Dr. Anwar Al-Abdullah presented copies of his credentials to the President of the Republic of Korea as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Korea.
The Ambassador lauded the good bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and affirmed the importance of advancing and deepening these relations towards wider horizons at all levels in line with the aspirations of the two countries and their peoples.
He also noted the need to reinvigorate the economic, commercial, industrial, and investment cooperation in these vital important areas.
The Ambassador also reiterated the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain against the hydrogen bomb test that was announced by the DPRK describing it as a flagrant violation of UN Security Council resolutions which represents a real security threat to international peace and security.
The President of the Republic of Korea congratulated the ambassador for his new assignment, wishing him all success, and affirming him all support to promote bilateral relations towards wider horizons at all levels in line with the aspirations of the two countries and their peoples.
