Kingdom of Bahrain Embassy in New Delhi crowned the winner of the Bahrain Horse Cup
The Consulate-General of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Mumbai has expressed its thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for his keenness on the sport of horse racing and his directives to hold the annual Bahrain Cup on the Royal Equestrian Track in Mumbai.
The Consulate-General also praised the attention and follow-up of the Chairman of the Supreme Commission of the Rashid Club for Equestrian and Horse Racing, His Highness Shaikh Abdullah Bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the Deputy Chairman, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to establish this race annually and in a distinctive way to build bridges of cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of India, which contributes to the development of the sport of horse racing and highlighting the status of this sport and the long-standing support it gets in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Advisor at the Kingdom of Bahrain Embassy in New Delhi, Ibrahim Mustafa Amer, handed over the Kingdom of Bahrain’s trophy to the first prize winner Maloji Bhosale, and the valuable gifts provided by the Rashid Club for Equestrian and Horse Racing.
The Chairman of the Royal Equestrian Club in Mumbai thanked the Kingdom of Bahrain for its interest and support for equestrian events, and presented a souvenir to the Embassy's Advisor for his participation in this race.
On this occasion, the Advisor affirmed the importance of organizing the trophy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the annual races in the Republic of India, which reflects bilateral cooperation in various fields between the two friendly countries.
