King of Bhutan receives credentials of New Delhi -Resident Bahraini Ambassador to Bhutan
His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck of the Kingdom of Bhutan received the credentials of Ambassador Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Gaoud as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bhutan based in New Delh.
The Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and HH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, to His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, wishing His Majesty continued good health and well-being and continued progress and prosperity to the Kingdom of Bhutan and its friendly people.
The two sides praised the existing friendly relations between the two countries, expressing their aspiration to propel bilateral relations to broader heights to meet the common aspirations of the two countries and their friendly peoples.
During his visit, Ambassador Al Gaoud met with Bhutanese Prime Minister Dr Lotay Tshering, Foreign Minister Dr. Tandi Dorji, Minister of Economic Affairs Loknath Sharma, and Scretary of the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources Sonam Wangchuk.
