American Bahraini Friendship Society congratulates His Majesty the King on 20th anniversary of National Action Charter

The President and members of the Board of Directors of the American Bahraini Friendship Society extended their utmost congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, on the 20th anniversary of the National Action Charter, which is considered a historic milestone in the Kingdom, and marks the launch of the reform project of His Majesty the King, which established a comprehensive development process in various fields.

This came during the periodic meeting held by the Board of Directors of the American Bahraini Friendship Society in the presence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United States of America, Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, where the President of the Friendship Society, retired Vice Admiral John Miller, commended in his speech the Kingdom's tangible achievements to establish democratic principles and values and the advancement of Bahraini women and respect for religious freedom, making the Kingdom of Bahrain a remarkable model for peaceful coexistence.

He also affirmed the Society’s significant role in strengthening friendship and cooperation ties between Bahrain and USA, and praised the great support exerted by the Ambassador in the success of its work, and that this year the Society celebrates its 30th anniversary of its founding, and on this occasion it will hold events throughout the year in which it sheds light on the depth of the historical relations between Bahrain and USA, which will include various areas of health, educational, defense, security, political, cultural and social cooperation to reflect the bright image of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the friendly American community.
