Ambassador of Kingdom of Bahrain to United States of America participates in Annual US-Arab Healthcare and Business Summit
The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United States of America, Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, affirmed the deep friendship between Bahrain and the USA, which began more than a century ago with the establishment of the American Mission Hospital in Manama. He affirmed that the hospital, which provides high quality medical services to citizens and residents, was the basis on which the Bahraini-American relations were built in 1893.
The Ambassador called on the Arab and American companies participating in the summit to invest in the Kingdom of Bahrain, particularly in the fields of medical and health care, as the Kingdom provides a good economic environment and regulatory frameworks that came as a result of the approach of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the principles embodied in the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
This came during the speech delivered by the Ambassador at the annual US-Arab Healthcare and Business Summit which was organized by C3. In the event, the CEO of the American Mission Hospital, Dr. George-Cheriyan, was honored in recognition of his humanitarian efforts to provide medical care in the Kingdom.
