Minister of Foreign Affairs receives Chairman of National Bureau for Human Rights of State of Kuwait
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received in his office at the Ministry’s General Court today, the Chairman of the National Bureau for Human Rights of the State of Kuwait, Ambassador Jassim Mubarak Al-Mubaraki, in the presence of the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Shaikh Thamer Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs welcomed the Chairman of the National Bureau for Human Rights, and affirmed the deep brotherly and historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, and their keenness to promote various aspects of bilateral cooperation and to continue coordination and joint cooperation on various issues. The Minister also expressed his pride and appreciation for the development of bilateral relations at all levels, and for the State of Kuwait to continue its pivotal role in supporting Arab and Islamic issues and interests, wishing it further progress and prosperity.
For his part, the Kuwaiti Chairman expressed his pleasure to have met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and commended the Kingdom of Bahrain's record of achievements in the field of human rights at the regional and international levels, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.
