Minister of Foreign Affairs meets with Deputy National Security Advisor for MENA at White House National Security Council
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, met with the Deputy National Security Advisor for Middle East and North Africa at the White House National Security Council, Dr. Victoria Coates, on the sidelines of the 15th Manama Dialogue.
During the meeting, the Foreign Minister emphasized the depth of the historical and strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America and their continuous progress at various political, security and economic levels as well as their mutual and continuous coordination on issues of common concern. He also hailed the great efforts made by the USA to promote security and stability at the regional and international levels, noting its keenness to cooperate with its allies in order to develop lasting solutions to the problems and challenges of the region and to achieve the best interests of the countries and their people.
For her part, Dr. Victoria Coates praised the distinguished level of relations between the two friendly countries and the fruitful cooperation witnessed in all fields, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
