Bahrain Embassy to Kuwait arranges return of Bahraini citizens
In implementation of the royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his royal care for citizens abroad and provision of all support to ensure their return to the homeland after their failure to return home due to the Coronavirus pandemic,

In the context of the follow- up of the embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the State of Kuwait to ensure the return of Bahraini citizens which led to the last organized Gulf Air flight on May 19, 2020 to ensure the return of a number of Bahraini citizens and others residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain (42 Bahraini citizens, 24 Kuwaitis and 8 of other nationalities,)
The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the State of Kuwait, Salah Ali Al-Maliki, seized the occasion to raise his sincere thanks and gratitude to His Majesty the King for the royal directives that reflect the depth of humanity and care for citizens wherever they are as stated in his last speech, and to HRH the Prime Minister and HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, who all gave an exemplary model worth emulating by other states in terms of care for citizens and residents at all circumstances.
Al Maliki also expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to officials in the sisterly State of Kuwait for their cooperation in such exceptional circumstances, which eased the return of Bahraini citizens before Eid Al-Fitr, thanking in particular the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Interior and Health as well as the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, asking almighty God to protect the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait and the entire world from all evil.
In this regard, and on the occasion of this organized flight in these special circumstances and until the return of air traffic to normalcy, the Ambassador called on all Bahraini citizens residing in the State of Kuwait to always keep in touch with the embassy, follow its social media accounts (Twitter and Instagram) and commit to all instructions and guidelines issued by Kuwaiti authorities to combat the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic.
