MoFA Undersecretary for International Affairs meets with French Republic Ambassador to Kingdom of Bahrain
The Undersecretary for International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, met today at the Ministry’s General Court with the Ambassador of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Jérôme Cauchard, in the presence of the Director of Organizations Directorate, Ambassador Fatema Abdulla Aldhaen.
During the meeting, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah expressed his pride in the solid historical friendship between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly French Republic, and its development in all areas, noting the efforts of Bahrain in achieving peace and stability in the region, and in strengthening its external partnership in a way that benefits everyone.
For his part, Ambassador Cauchard expressed his deep thanks for the interest shown by Bahrain to support the relations between the two friendly countries.
During the meeting, the sides also discussed developing areas of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, in addition to a number of topics and issues of common concern.
